I’ll be the first to admit that my food-to-condiment ratio is kind of out of control. When making pasta, I use so much marinara that the end result looks more like chunky tomato soup than an Italian dish. My salads get doused in vinaigrette. I even drank an entire bowl of salsa at a Mexican restaurant when I was two years old. If that doesn’t demonstrate my level of commitment to vegan sauces, salad dressings and dips, I don’t know what does.
When I switched to a vegan diet, I was slightly disappointed when I realized that many condiments don’t align with a plant-based diet. Instead of being bummed, I saw this as an opportunity to recreate my favorite dairy-based concoctions with ingredients that are actually healthy. This has led me to develop a slew of recipes for vegan sauces, salad dressings and dips over the years.
Spicy Curry Hummus (Instant Pot)
The creamiest, dreamiest hummus you’ll ever make will come out of your instant pot. While this recipe uses the traditional garbanzo bean, the rich curry flavors keep it interesting. This quick and easy recipe is mostly hands-off and I jump at an opportunity to use my instant pot.

Love all of the sauces you posted here, thank you! If we're talking about condiments, I love vegan mayonnaise and mustard on a lot of things. As for dips, I'm particularly partial to hummus or herby-garlicky "ranch" dressing that I got from Vedge.
Sam ~ it doesn't taste like chicken
